Unlocking the car

  • When starting your booking you can only unlock the car using the app.

Locating the key

  • When you are in the car you need to get the physical key from the glove box.

  • When you are on your journey it is good to lock and unlock the car with the physical key.

Unplugging the car

  • Sometimes it’s necessary to use the key to unlock the car again in order to release the charging cable.

Starting the car

  • Press your foot on the brake at the same time as turning the key

Comfort

  • It should be straight forward to adjust heating and connect your phone to audio

Drive/Park

  • P is park, the handbrake button is also needed

  • D is Drive R is reverse

Charging

  • There are 2 different cards in the car to charge depending on which public chargepoint you are using.

  • There is a chargepoint at the Metropole car park and the High Street car park.

  • Do your very best to ensure the next person has 80% charge for their journey

Ending the booking

  • Don’t forget to replace the key before locking the vehicle and ending your booking with the app
