Boot won't open (e-Berlingo/Combo-e)

👉 Check the rear window is shut properly, as the boot cannot be opened if the window is open.

➡️ 1 shows the window that needs to be closed.

➡️ 2 shows where the button is to open it. Sometimes it is touched when trying to open the boot door, resulting in the rear window accidentally being opened.

➡️ 3 shows the spot you need to press firmly down on, to close the window. Be sure not to slam it.
