Unlocking the car

• When starting your booking you can only unlock the car using the app

Locating the key

• When you are in the car you need to get the physical key from the glove box and use it to lock and unlock the car during the booking.
• Take this key when you leave the car during the booking

Unplugging the car

• Unlocking the car with the app releases the charging cable.
• Even if the car is unlocked, if you want to unplug you must tap the 'unlock' button again.

Starting the car

• Press your foot on the brake at the same time as pushing the ignition button.

Comfort

• It should be straight forward to adjust heating and connect your phone to audio.

Drive/Park

• P is park, the handbrake must also be activated by pulling up on the P to the right of dial
• D is Drive
• R is Reverse
• Pressing 'drive mode' can give you access to Eco mode - This will give you better range but limits heating

Charging

• The card in the vehicle is for charging at the home charge point only (see our separate public charging video).
• Make sure you charge the car for the next person.

Ending the booking

• Don’t forget to replace the key before locking the vehicle and ending your booking with the app
