Missing key or charge card

If you get into the car and you cannot find the key or the charge card please call 0300 373 5500  if within helpline hours.

If outside of these hours please post a message in the WhatsApp group.


Even your club has a car that uses a button to start the car, if the key is missing you might have issues locking/unlocking/starting the car on your journey. We have a spare key and charge card in a lock box near where the car is parked for emergencies like this. If it is outside of hours perhaps the last person who used the car will be on Whatsapp and can help locate it.


When you call 0300 373 5500 please be patient as we ask you questions so we can match all the details in our system so we can provide you with the spare key and/or charge card. This might take a few minutes but for
