❗ Please only phone Breakdown if it is outside of our Helpline opening hours, and/or the car is completely non-responsive.

If the car's dashboard lights up and does not show any warning messages, please phone us instead as it could be an issue linked to our booking system's technology instead of the car.

🔒🔓 Check that you have used the same method to unlock the car, as you did to lock the car.

If you locked the car using the app, and then unlocked the car using the physical car key, you need to unlock the car again using the app.
