Shared Billing

TrydaNi for Organisations is priced at £15/month for commercial organisations and £10/month for non-profits. 

A shared billing account allows organisation staff to sign up as members and book vehicles as usual, but instead of buying credits, the credit limit is set by the shared billing account owner, and paid for on a monthly basis.

When your organisation signs up we'll ask you to set a maximum monthly budget so that you can rest assured that you won't be hit with a big unexpected bill (we can always increase the budget in a given month if you need to).

It's up to you if you allow your staff to use vehicles for personal use in addition to their work travel needs. Your team can then go ahead and book the vehicle via our app or website like any other member. We'll invoice you in arrears each month for the bookings that have taken place in that month.

If you have a shared billing account the booking process is slightly different:

When you have selected the times for your booking you will find a box named “Create reservation for” where you will be prompted to select either your local car club (for personal bookings) or your shared billing account (for organisation bookings),

You can view shared billing account bookings alongside any personal bookings in “My reservations”

After we've created your business account, you can invite your colleagues to sign up so that we can check their driving licence details and add them to our insurance so that they can start driving. 

Apart from the monthly fee, usage of the vehicles is priced the same as a normal membership — £2/hour plus 16p per mile.
