Amending a booking
You can amend your booking start and end time, or cancel it, by going into “My reservations”. Select the booking you want to change, and then tap/click “Details” on the bottom.
Any amendments should be made via the app (or website).
During a booking, you can amend the end time provided that there is no one booked after you. If you are running late and the car is booked after you, please call us on 0300 373 5500 so that we can alert the next member.
👉Cancellation fees
If you cancel your booking at least 15 minutes before it is due to start, you will be refunded the entire cost of the booking. You can only cancel the booking once it is within 15 minutes of starting, by starting it then ending it. You will then be charged for the time you have used.
If you do not start nor cancel your booking, it will automatically be ended at the time you booked it out to and no refund will be given.
