Unplugging to start a journey

Usually when you arrive at the car it will be plugged in and charging. You need to start your booking and unlock the vehicle before the charging cable is released. Depending on the vehicle you might need to unplug the lead slightly differently so please contact us if you need any help.

The charging lead will be plugged into both the car and the charger. You need to unplug both ends and neatly place the charger in its bespoke bag that is stored in the boot of the car before your journey. The charger remains in the car when not plugged in.
